Our daughter started ballet today, so I decided to start my son on a Crossfit regimen. We ended up doing it as a family.

The wife took the ballerina in training to ballet practice and little beast and I went to go find us a gym. What we came to learn from our travels today;

1. Fredrick Fitness Center on Fort Bragg apparently doesn’t allow kids to workout there,maven if the soldiers on detail there are failing AR 600-9 (Army Weight Control).

2. The only gym on Fort Bragg that allows kids is closed on Saturdays. And I don’t think they are even allowed to actually workout. This partially explains the over abundance of overweight children around here… (WTF, over?!?)

3. There appears to only be one gym in Cumberland County, NC that has a weight lifting/crossfit program for kids and it costs about $300 a month. O_o

4. Crossfit Kids Enough said.
